Ordering & Shipping FAQ
What forms of payment do you take?
Payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard, wire transfer, or with a check. Invoices are sent when your product is shipped, with net 30 terms, via email or through the United States Postal Service, depending on your preference. For online orders, credit card payment is required.
How will I know you received my order?
We acknowledge all orders within 24 hours and indicate ship date. If you have not received confirmation of your order please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping within the 48 contiguous states is free. If the order requires special delivery instructions, such as lift gate service, inside delivery, or express delivery, shipping charges for these services are not included in standard shipping, and will be invoiced accordingly.
Please include any special shipping instructions when submitting your order. You may wish to request a quote prior to placing your order if these charges might be applicable.
Can I have my purchase shipped to an APO or FPO Address?
Detector protectors can be shipped to an APO or FPO address, in most cases, through the United States Postal Service. Larger products should be shipped to an alternate address. Most military have their purchases shipped to a base in the United States.
Can I use my own shipping carrier?
Customers may arrange shipping with their own shipping carrier.

Non-stock items take additional time. You will be notified when it ships. Non-stock products are usually shipped within 14 business days.
