What forms of payment do you take?
All orders from outside the United States must be paid in full by wire transfer before the order will be shipped, unless a prior arrangement has been negotiated. Wire transfer information will be provided when acknowledging an order.

How will I know you received my order?
We acknowledge all orders within 24 hours and indicate ship date.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping quotes are obtained from multiple trusted carriers to ensure you get the best shipping value.
Can I have my purchase shipped to an APO or FPO Address?
Detector protectors can be shipped to an APO or FPO address, in most cases, through the United States Postal Service.
Larger products should be shipped to an alternate address.
Most military have their purchases shipped to a base in the United States.
Does shipping include import fees, taxes, or duties?
Import fees, taxes or duties are not included.
Can I use my own shipping carrier?
Customers may arrange shipping with their own shipping carrier.

Can I make changes to my shipping address after I place my order?
Please contact email@example.com to make any changes to your order.
What information do you need to ship the order?
To get a door-to-door shipping quote, we need a complete street address.
Door-to-airport shipping quotes must indicate the airport of choice.
Please note most products are shipped fully assembled. Some products require only minor assembly.
Shipped boxes are large (see shipping and weights page). Destinations should be appropriate for receiving these packages.
Orders should include whether any of the following is applicable:
- Inside delivery
- Shipping dock or lift gate service required
- Express Shipping
If required by destination country, the customs broker's name and contact information will be required.

When will my order ship?
Stock items usually ship within 2 business days of receipt of payment.
You will be notified if your purchase is a stock item and when to expect it to be shipped.
Non-stock items take additional time after payment. You will be notified when it ships.
Non-stock products are usually shipped within 14 business days after receipt of payment.
You will be notified if your purchase is a non-stock item, and when to expect it to ship.
How do I know if my order has shipped?
Shipping confirmation and tracking will be sent to you when your purchase has shipped.
How do I track my order?
Tracking information will be sent to you from our customer service department.

How will my purchase arrive?
Purchases shipped overseas are sent air freight.
Products can be shipped to a specified destination address or to a specified airport to be picked up by the customer.
Please have a complete shipping address to avoid delays.
